I didn’t grow up in a house with brussels sprouts. My mother didn’t like them (then, she does now). I can’t remember the first time I tried them, but I know I was married. Since then every fall and winter we love having them at least once a month. In need of a new recipe, I turned to How To Cook Everything.
Anything with bacon is sure to be delicious and this was. And it was easy!
I served these with steamed broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes. Nothing better than veggies simply cooked for dinner.
