Fish Tacos, Two Ways, p. 163

In early May I planned a Mexican themed week around Cinco De Mayo. We love love love Mexican food and I got some beautiful cod from our Fresh Market. The fish was super easy to cook according to these directions.

I put salsa with cheese and fresh avocado on my tacos.

Bryan went simple with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and hot sauce.
